As Director of Benefits at VestedHR, Cristyl plays a key role in shaping benefit strategy, plan design, compliance, and client support across the organization. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, including 14 years in the PEO space, she brings deep expertise in helping businesses navigate the complexities of employee benefits and deliver practical, effective solutions.

Cristyl has extensive experience in benefits administration, employee relations, and the design and management of comprehensive benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, and HSA plans. She is highly knowledgeable in ACA compliance, COBRA administration, ERISA reporting, and Section 125 plans, ensuring both regulatory compliance and client confidence.

Cristyl holds Life & Health insurance licenses and is an active member of NABIP. Outside of work, she is a proud wife and mother of two daughters, one currently serving in the U.S. Army  and enjoys life on her 43-acre farm. She is also actively involved in her church and deeply values faith, family, and community.
