Danielle Goodsell is a strategic and operational HR leader with over 15 years of experience designing and implementing scalable human capital solutions across diverse industries. As an HR leader and PEO-based HR Business Partner, she combines HR expertise with hands-on advisory experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses.

Danielle has led HR functions within organizations of up to 1,200 employees and has served as both an external HR Business Partner and Management Consultant at a Big Four consultancy. She has led HR transformations including HR and payroll migrations, HRIS implementations and process optimization, compensation restructuring, implemented salary transparency compliance, workforce planning, and global policy development.

At a practical level, she advises business leaders on performance management,
employee conflicts, workplace investigations, restructurings, and complex employment matters across multiple jurisdictions. Her experience also includes developing global employee handbooks and cross-border HR policies.

At Vested HR, Danielle and her team partner with clients on both project-based and advisory engagements to help move their organizations forward. Known for her consultative approach, she works with clients to develop structured HR strategies that support the entire employment lifecycle while addressing operational challenges and eliminating business pain points. She is especially passionate about building proactive, scalable HR solutions and systems that enable growth while protecting the organization.
