Justin Otte is our Chief Revenue Officer and is recognized for mentoring top performers and driving growth through strategic leadership. Justin has spent over 13 years in the HR and PEO industry, where he developed high-performing teams and delivered strong sales results.

Justin earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from Valdosta State University, where he was part of the football program’s Division II National Championship team.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys an active family life with his wife and four children, often spending time outdoors together.
