Laskarina “Lisa” Sevastou

As Chief Operating Officer of Vested HR, Lisa Sevastou leads the company’s operational strategy, execution, and scalability. She aligns operations, compliance, risk management, and client delivery to drive sustainable growth in the competitive PEO industry.

Lisa’s partnership with founder and CEO Luke Pappas spans more than a decade. She began working alongside Luke in 2013 at Southern Road & Bridge, his heavy highway construction company, where the vision for a client-centric PEO first took shape. In 2019, Luke entrusted Lisa with building VestedHR from the ground up. Since then, she has played a pivotal role in transforming that vision into a thriving, fast-growing organization.

With over 24 years of experience in construction, compliance, and workforce management, Lisa brings deep operational expertise and a unique perspective as a former PEO client herself. She is recognized for building efficient systems, strengthening accountability, and delivering strong results, including initiatives that drove more than 140% business growth.

At VestedHR, Lisa focuses on establishing a robust operational foundation, empowering department leaders, and creating scalable processes that support long-term expansion. She works closely with executive leadership to enhance performance, improve efficiency, and position the company for continued success.

Outside of work, Lisa cherishes time with her family, loves traveling (especially to her homeland of Greece), and remains deeply committed to giving back to her community.
