Luke (Lucas) Pappas is the CEO and owner of Vested HR Solutions. He founded the company after seeing a gap in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) market: clients needed real, proactive value, not just administration.

While running his construction firm, Southern Road & Bridge LLC, Luke partnered with a PEO and recognized how much more small and midsize businesses could gain, from tighter compliance to better benefits and smarter risk management. That insight became the foundation for Vested HR’s mission: make companies more compliant, more efficient, and easier to run.

Luke holds a B.B.A. and an M.S. in Finance from the University of Miami. Outside of work, he loves time with family and friends, usually in the woods or on the water.
