Marian Sbar is a corporate and business attorney who serves as General Counsel at VestedHR Solutions. Marian brings over 20 years of business, legal, and compliance leadership in the PEO and HCM industry. Prior to VestedHR, Marian held various leadership positions, including General Counsel positions at Asure Software, CoAdvantage, and Advantec.

Before her career in the PEO industry, Marian spent seven years in private practice as a corporate and securities attorney. Marian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University.
