Nicole LaBarbera

Nicole LaBarbera grew up in Southern California and, after spending more than 20 years in Texas, proudly considers herself a Texan at heart. Now back in Cali and embracing life as an empty nester, Nicole brings decades of professional and entrepreneurial experience to the businesses she serves.

After college, Nicole built a successful career in sales, gaining valuable knowledge across a variety of industries. Her entrepreneurial spirit eventually led her to start her own business, where she now helps companies streamline the employee administration side of their operations saving them both time and money.

Nicole offers valuable insight into employee liabilities, retention, turnover, benefit costs, payroll, and risk management while providing true partnership and support to help businesses grow and thrive.

As a mother of three, Nicole understands the importance of balance in both life and business. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and staying active.
