Born in Lake Worth, Florida, and raised in Gainesville, Randy is a dedicated leader, family man, and business professional whose career has been guided by service, integrity, and faith. A graduate of the University of Florida, Randy began his professional journey as a Firefighter/Paramedic, serving his community with courage and compassion before transitioning into the business world.

Since entering the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry in 2000, Randy has built a successful career as a sales leader with extensive experience across the PEO, Human Capital Management (HCM), managed care, and insurance sectors. He has a proven track record of developing high-performing sales teams, driving business growth, and helping professionals reach and exceed their goals. Randy is passionate about servant leadership and believes that lasting success is built on relationships, trust, and a commitment to excellence.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Randy’s greatest priorities are his faith and family. He is married to his wife, Amber, and has two adult daughters—one living in Jacksonville, Florida, and the other in Alaska—as well as four cherished grandchildren. Deeply involved in both his family and church community, Randy strives to live out his values every day through service, mentorship, and leadership.

Guided by the wisdom of Proverbs 27:19 — “As water reflects a man’s face, so a man’s heart reflects the man” — Randy believes that character, integrity, honor, and grace are the true measures of success. These principles continue to shape his leadership style, his relationships, and his commitment to helping others achieve their full potential.
