With over 26 years of experience in the PEO industry, she has built her career from the ground up, starting as a Payroll Specialist and rising to Director of Payroll. This hands- on journey has given her deep expertise in payroll operations, multi-state compliance, tax regulations, and client service, along with a strong strategic perspective on leading teams.

Throughout her career, she has successfully managed complex payroll environments for diverse client portfolios, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. She brings extensive experience in system implementations, process optimization, and delivering exceptional client support across multiple states.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her children and grandchild, creating lasting family memories.
